Recycled aluminum has the same properties as primary metal, it is 100% recyclable and indefinitely. Aluminium recycling saves non-renewable natural resources and 95% of the energy needed to produce primary metal.
Accredited for the counting of consigned containers (the consignment), 2M Resources collects aluminum cans from various customers and makes the decount for them.
The sorting is done by the application of a Foucault current – the same principle as a magnet, but this process rejects rather non-ferrous metals – and by manual sorting.
The recovered aluminum is then crushed and bundled for sale on the redesign market and make it again a new can.
