Sorting and processing

Our waste sorting process takes into account the production cycles of our customers downstream of the recovery centre. This means that the recycled material is precisely tailored to their specifications.

Our production lines separate the materials into elements in a number of ways, through friction and gravity, sieving and wind tunnels, eddy currents, and optical and manual sorting. Elements are then crushed, ground, cut, compacted and bundled as appropriate.
