2M Resources is a key player in the packaging of glass in Quebec,
we accept glass from the various depots of different cities filled by citizens.
Container type accepted:
- Colored glass bottle
- Frosted glass bottle
- Painted glass bottle
- Bottle with plastic, aluminum, wax cork
- Various glass jars
Type of container not accepted:
- Ceramic bottle
- Bottle with ceramic cork
- Ceramic tile
- Mirror
- Plate glass (window), Porcelain
- Waste all coming.
The collected glass is then sent to our processsing centre in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, and Hopedale in the state of Massachusetts in the United States, which is then sold to a recycler to make new bottles and or insulating wool depending on the quality of the glass.
Quality glass = 100% recycled.
