In recent years, we have invested millions of dollars in state-of-the-art technologies and treatment methods to give glass a new life. Thanks to our commitment to quality and sustainability, we have become an industry leader in processing recycled glass into a high-quality material for a variety of applications.<\/p>

Every year, we process over 85,000 metric tons of glass, demonstrating our commitment to recycling and preserving the environment. By diverting this infinitely recyclable material from landfills, we make sure that it is returned to the value chain, ensuring its circularity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our process<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We collect glass from four different sources: consignments, glassmaker rejects, disposal of liquid food products and voluntary drop-off points. Once received, we mechanically sort it according to quality and colour to ensure efficient processing. The sorted glass is meticulously cleaned and prepared to remove any impurities and ensure that it meets the highest quality standards. Once cleaned, the glass is processed to meet the precise specifications of the remelting industry, ensuring consistent, reliable quality. The entire procedure requires no water.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Recycled glass is a versatile resource, used in a variety of applications. Recycled glass is transformed into new bottles and containers, reducing demand for virgin raw materials and helping to preserve natural resources. It is also used in the manufacture of insulation products, such as thermal and acoustic insulation for buildings (mineral wool). This helps improve the energy efficiency of structures, while reducing the amount of waste sent to landfill.<\/p>

    Why don\u2019t we accept these items?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    These materials do not melt at the same temperature as glass and can therefore compromise the quality of recycled glass, generate flaws in new glass packaging and cause serious damage to our glass furnaces.<\/p>
