Collecting personal information
We collect your personal information when you contact us by telephone or e-mail.
Our website does not use cookies.
You can reach us by filling out the form in the “Contact us” section of our site. We collect this information in order to fulfill requests made by our customers or website users, and to provide the service requested. This information is kept until the request has been processed. After such time, it is destroyed manually or by automatic deletion.
We also collect personal information in order to evaluate employment applications. To do so, we invite you to contact us by e-mail. If you have sent us your curriculum vitae and your application is not retained, it will be kept for a period of twelve (12) months and destroyed thereafter.
You can communicate with us via Facebook Messenger from our Facebook page. Through this means of communication, we collect the personal information you provide to us. Once the communication is resolved, we delete the conversation. That being said, we have no control over how Meta (Messenger) keeps records. It is possible that Meta (Messenger) keeps a copy of the conversation and this is beyond our control. That’s why we strongly advise you not to send us any sensitive personal information via this platform. Instead, contact us via our e-mail address (), the “Contact us” form, or give us a call.

Microsoft and Meta (Facebook, Messenger) servers may be located outside Quebec. Your data may therefore be stored elsewhere. We have ensured that this communication is secure before using their services.
